Your customers are the most important asset of your business. We understand that, so we've designed our system to keep you in control:
- You send your invoices directly to your customers, as you do today.

We'll contact your customers on behalf of your business asking them to confirm the invoice you sent. We will customize those communications in partnership with you, and they will not say that you have sold your invoice or that you are using a cash flow service. Your customer will be asked to send their check (made out to your business) to a new P.O. Box, which is a JP Morgan Chase Bank check payment processing lockbox.
- If your customers have any questions about the service you are using, they can go to www.invoiceconfirmation.com. This website (which is owned by Inzap) explains how our service improves your communication with them using email or fax. This website does not mention cash flow, so you can decide whether or not you want to let them know you are using a cash flow service.
- You have control over communications with your customer. You decide when you want to send them reminders about overdue invoices (and those reminders are addressed from your business.) You can decide the text of some of those messages.
- Your customer is expected to pay within 75 days. If you do not want them to receive a call about late payment, you have the right to return the funds that were advanced to you. The choice is yours.
The bottom line is that this service is free and very easy for your customers. They do not need to "apply" for credit, and they probably will never hear the name "Inzap", unless you want them to. Using this service will improve your relationships with your customers because they will be impressed at the high-tech invoice confirmation process you have put in place.
